Lou is eight years old, bursting with questions and absolutely incapable of leaving a mystery alone. Whenever someone gives her an answer she cannot quite picture, she has one immediate response: “Let’s check!”

Together with her best friend Hadrien and her magical snail Karl, Lou shrinks down to explore the big mysteries hidden in the world around them: why is the sky blue? What are bones for? How do ants find their way home?

But a Mini Mission never truly ends with the episode. The adventure continues through simple hands-on experiments children can try for themselves at home or outside. Ever wondered how to make a rainbow? How to see a leaf “breathe” underwater? Or why a strip of paper rises when you blow over it?

Mini Missions invites children to keep looking, testing and asking questions long after the story is over.
